Strategically located at the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) of Malaysia, Sime Darby Motors assembles various Hyundai passenger and commercial vehicles at its plant in Kulim, Kedah. It will soon be expanded to include the assembly of Land Rover and BMW passenger vehicles.
The plant operates under Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd and currently occupies 60% of a 200-acre site. The plant has the potential to expand and stand poise to meet the increasing demand of the automotive industry in the Asia Pacific region.
The Inokom assembly plant is supported by the local automotive vendors and is committed to the development of the local automotive industry in Malaysia.
